Merci has been married to her favorite person, Shane, for 10 years. Together they have two children, Wesley and Shiloh, as well as an amazing dog named Tillie. Merci is excited about ministry and brings over a decade of administration experience to her role on the Sarasota County FCA Team. She is excited to help the team excel and cannot wait to see all that Jesus has planned for this ministry.

Merci was the captain of her high school soccer team and values what being on a team teaches you in regard to character and hard work. She has also worked within the public school system when she lived in Hagerstown, Maryland, and has seen firsthand the mission field that is on a school campus. This experience in her past has left her passionate about supporting students in schools in any way possible, especially when it comes to discipleship. 

Her prayer is that FCA will be able to strengthen and empower students and coaches to be witnesses for Christ on the school campus.
